A few common questions
-
Yes. The on-site guidance Steve provides is critical to launching an effective marriage ministry. However, the full, year-long process is a combination of 2-3 initial onsite visits, and remote support and interaction.
-
The three primary meetings (Step 1, 2, and 3 above) take place over three consecutive months and Steve is on-site at your church for a weekend for those meetings. Step 4 is a year of remote support that includes unlimited correspondence through email, phone calls, online meetings, etc.
-
Technically, the answer is no. However, Steve is ordained with the Missionary Church, and as such, he adheres to its theology and positions related to the biblical definition of marriage and human sexuality.

Marriage Ministry Solutions is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, which means our primary goal is to accomplish our mission while making our fees affordable and reasonable. Simply put, our goal is help the marriages and families in your church thrive, not improve our bottom line. We trust you will agree. Please contact us to find out more about our fee structure and proposal process.
-
This is flexible depending on the size and leadership structure of your church. We recommend a general range of 8-20 people, and should include at least one executive staff member, one board member, and any volunteers and lay-leaders you have recruited to be on the team. But even if you don’t have any volunteers recruited yet, it’s ok. We can help with that too.

“Pastors and church leaders must become serious and effective at both increasing the number of Christ-centered marriages and the health of those marriages. Revival across our larger society depends upon it”
